Exercise: "raise 5 toes at once" by Ryvr

More info / tips / proper technique:

Stand in Mountain pose, and with even weight between the balls and heels of your feet and raised arches, lift all five of your toes off the ground, keeping the balls of your feet down -- toes only. Then lower them back down. Repeat this slowly 5-10 times.
