Exercise: "Bicycles (abs)" by Sruthan Wants Abs

Great ab workout using a hanging bar!

"Bicycles" is one of my favorites of Brungardt's ab exercises so far. You can totally feel your abs becoming ripped from this challenging movement. Hanging from a work out bar, you alternate pulling your left knee and then your right knee as high as you can toward your chest, feet passing each other at the midpoint, and continuing in a smooth "bicycling" motion. This is a great drill for the lower abs. Focus on your lower abs and maintain a constant tension through the continuous back-and-forth movement. 10 reps would mean 10 for each knee -- left-right, so 10 reps would be 20 total if you are counting each knee lift on both sides.
