Crossovers train the obliques hard by combining rotation with a crunching motion, hitting the sides of your abdominal wall more directly than a straight-ahead crunch.
Lying on your back with knees bent, curl your shoulders up and rotate to bring one elbow toward the opposite knee while extending the other leg out. Alternate sides in a controlled rhythm, keeping your lower back pressed into the floor throughout.
